My pleasant experience began with service adviser ISIDRO GARCIA - as it has on 2 previous occasions. After a pleasant greeting, he had my RX 350 in line for service after only a few minutes. He patiently listened to, and addressed, all of my concerns in a courteous & professional way - as he has done on all prior visits. He checked in with me during my visit to give me "progress reports' on my vehicle's status, and even arranged to let me know when the vehicle was washed and ready for pick up. Your dealership is fortunate to have a caring and dedicated representative like ISIDRO GARCIA. He is an asset to your organization. My only complaint is that you have fresh coffee machines all over the dealership. That's great - except for customers like myself who don't dink coffee! Sure, you have water fountains, but that's not the same thing as offering courtesy refreshments such as soft drinks to non-coffee-drinking customers, How about a complimentary COKE? After all, you're LEXUS. Shouldn't you care about everyone? More
