I brought my 2019 Lexus 570lx in to be serviced Wednesday, December 4th with Gustavo. Gustavo was very professional and courteous. The service department was very prompt in receiving my vehicle when I arrived. However, I picked my vehicle up two hours later to find my truck was dirty and my oil level still low. I live in Palmetto Bay and to drive to Lexus of Pembroke Pines and be treated this way for the second time is UNPROFESSIONAL. The first time this happened, I spoke with the service manager and complained. His solution was to send someone to my home to change/add oil to my vehicle in my driveway. I was motified to know, a technician came to my home to do this. I thought to myself, how many of his clients he would have their oil changed in their driveway? To have the same issue again, not to mention I am a BLACK FEMALE. I am definitely looking into having my vehicle serviced at Lexus of Kendall from now on and not going all the way back to Pembroke Pines to be treated the same way again!!!! More
