Lexus service is back on track Had been going to lexus of Pembroke Pines since I bought my Lexus Sc 430 2006. I only bring it there to be serviced and for regular maintenance. Had one bad experience when A part was to be changed and they put back same old worn part which caused my car to stall in a middle of a highway. I had to wait on a hot summer day for 3 hours for a tow truck to bring it back to Lexus . This is when we found out the part was not changed because they ask me to purchase same part again. Was so upset, they lost my trust, do I believe anything they say now. Spoke to the manager and he made it right. I start going back again and so far so good. I like they still give me a loaner when I bring my car to be serviced or maintained. More

Lexus of Pembroke pines Was not happy at all I was told when I got the car financed sold me every warranty so I didn't have to come out pocket now I need tires only at 15k an Was not happy at all I was told when I got the car financed sold me every warranty so I didn't have to come out pocket now I need tires only at 15k and it doesn't cover new tires. Which when I was in at 10k all my inspection sheet said all green to now 15k red just jumped from Green to red. I would not have purchased that tire plan if it doesn't cover new tires. I'm a warranty administrator at a dealer I know how it works when my lease is up I will go back to Mercedes Benz. And every time I come there I ask for a RX and I'm told you don't have any then when I go over to the loaner department I see people not of color when I'm given a NX or IS getting them. I have 4 kids that's why I have a RX. then when I get my car back it was dirty when on my invoice it stated a car was and vacum. This is the 3 Rd time coming there and very upsetting. More
