Excellent diagnostics. My car went in for a regular service, system check, oil change and tire rotation. I had two odd things that I described as a tattle when I go over bum My car went in for a regular service, system check, oil change and tire rotation. I had two odd things that I described as a tattle when I go over bumps and my park assist coming on when I drive. Most dealerships would have blown me off but they took the time and found and corrected the source of the rattle. Although they couldn’t replicate the issue with park assist, they cleaned the sensors. This process took days all while I had a courtesy vehicle. Gus kept in touch with me daily throughout the process and was professional and kind. More

Great Customer Service Always have great customer service. Very comfortable waiting room where you can buy food or just wait for your car. One negative is when the car came out, I was told it was washed. Rims were dirty and car wasn’t exactly washed as I hoped. Other cars coming out looked much cleaner. When I asked they told me they use the pressure cleaner to clean the rims, I don’t think so. Had that been the case the rims would have been clean. I got a Lexus for quality service which I’ve been given but you would think they would at the very least wash the car right like other ones. Never had an issue like this with Infiniti. More
