Lexus of Pembroke Pines - Service Center

Disappointed I have a 2017 GS 200t. I brought my car in for service. You are supposed to receive a complimentary car wash with your service. It had water marks all I have a 2017 GS 200t. I brought my car in for service. You are supposed to receive a complimentary car wash with your service. It had water marks all over the front bumper, which is a charcoal gray. When I brought to the attention of one of the service department employees, he informed me even if they washed it again, it would come back the same way... I love my car and the way it looks, that’s why I bought it. Lexus of Pembroke Pines where I bought it, should feel the same way too. What a disappointment!!! More
