Purchased a L-certified vehicle from here that had previously been in an accident. The dealer/salesman did not disclose this in the sale. The car has visible damage underneath and a body shop actually previously been in an accident. The dealer/salesman did not disclose this in the sale. The car has visible damage underneath and a body shop actually circled all the damage before I purchased the vehicle. They refused to let me look underneath the vehicle on a lift before signing the papers due to liability reasons. Now that I own this vehicle, they’ve never had an issue letting me walk into the shop and look under my car on a lift. They refuse to acknowledge issues and go above and beyond to make sure they’re not liable for anything, instead of going above and beyond for the customer. *** I suggest having your vehicles inspected by a 3rd party before purchasing any used vehicle from Lexus of Pleasenton. *** Not to mention I found multiple boxes checked on the L-certified paperwork that didn’t line up with an inspection. I’m guessing this dealership is really good at overlooking issues in order to get a car certified. Don’t let the big building fool you More

Sales Agent Sekander Popalzai was very convincing and explained those new technologies in RX350. our desired color was not available in RX450H but there were 350s. We purchased one on 10/10/2022 and we are very satisfied with our vehicle and the whole experience at Lexus of Pleasanton. Gret team to work with. We do not see Sekander's name but he deserves 5 stars and above for his assistance with our new car. More
Lexus of Pleasanton's Service department always goes over and beyond. I have been taking my car there since 2017. This time, they took care of my service appointment from creating the appointment all the way and beyond. I have been taking my car there since 2017. This time, they took care of my service appointment from creating the appointment all the way to calling and messaging to ensure I was aware of the timing of completion. I had a major service and Gary mentioned if he coudln't have it done, he would arrange a loaner car. I was patient and mentioned it is okay, but thanked him for the consideration. I never worry about or dread going to the Lexus dealer. I also get to look at the newer 2022 vehicles too :) Additionally, they were kind enough to take me home via Lyft and it was all done via text which made everything very smooth. I always think it is better to take a little longer and get things done right than rush service as cars carry our more precious passengers, our family and friends. More

Fantastic service, yet again, by Maria Viera. I waited for the service and was told it would take 60-90 minutes to complete and I was finished and on my way within 60 minutes.
