Since your new vehicle wasn't sold by our dealership we would suggest you take it back to your local Lexus dealership where you bought it at to discuss the paint concern that you have. As we mentioned we aren't able to assist you further at our dealership since it isn't a warranty concern but they may be able to assist you since they sold it to you. you and your Bodyshop man insulted me by not acknowledging the mismatch color, you two made fun of me when I pointed to both of you of the color mismatch, your misconducts is telling me I am blind and you both have great vision, shame on people like you who abused 70 years old by fooling me. Lexus headquarter stated I can go anywhere at any lexes dealership I want. You cannot tell me go back to the dealer I bought the car from. By stating that "we would suggest you take it back to your local Lexus dealership where you bought it" you are denying service and warranty. Lexus headquarter must deal with this and you are required to service the car. you need to have your eyes examined and do not fool 70 years old man and do not abuse me as you abused an elder man with legitimate concern. I got the document, and I will report this to BBB.
