I've owned a Lexus for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the excellent service they have provided. Recently however they went "above and beyond" with OUTSTANDING SERVICE that I felt nee been impressed with the excellent service they have provided. Recently however they went "above and beyond" with OUTSTANDING SERVICE that I felt needed recognition. I was driving my RX 300 from the Chicago area to Davenport for work. As I got off the highway my car broke down so I had to have it towed to Lujack Lexus in Davenport only to find out it needed a new transmission. It was an old car with lots of mileage so I wasn't sure if I wanted to put more money into it. As I researched options however I decided I'd have them repair it. Not only did they keep me updated with information on a price and then progress once I decided to have them do the work, they deliver my car back in Chicago - about 165 miles away. They were so gracious and accommodating. By their brining it back saved me a day or two of getting back up there to pick it up and back home. I'm not sure any other dealers would go that far with their service. I will be forever grateful! So "thank you" to Lujack Lexus of Davenport, Iowa!!! More
