My wife and I visited Lexus of Tacoma in early March this year in search of a replacement for Lexus LS400. We really were not sure what she wanted this time but thouhgt possibly an SUV such as an RX 350 or 4 year in search of a replacement for Lexus LS400. Even though we had been concentrating on SUVs Kevin showed us an LS 430 which has the much same human interface as her old car but, as Kevin was able to explain, had all of the added features she was looking for. This was the car she wanted so we purchased it. Kevin was extremely patient and profesional throughout the selection process and was extremely helpfull throughout the process of purchase and follow up.
