Jonathan was there to assist me when I had an accident and my almost 3 year old car was totaled. I have used him for a number of years to purchase an automobile. I do trust him. He went out if his way to pick me up from the rental company and synced my remote to the garage door. I did feel uneasy when I was sent to a salesperson whose job was to talk me into added services. It felt like I was being taken advantage of… Christian , the electronics expert was helpful. All the people I dealt with appeared disinterested. The sales agent looked and behaved as if I was wasting his time. When I asked him a few questions he appeared to be laughing at me not explaining. For example, when i asked if I could pay the full amount by credit card, he was almost indignant, instead of explaining what is possible abd what is not and why. I waited 2 hrs after selecting the car to do the paperwork. The finance manager saw me at one point and motioned me with his fingers. He couldn't be bothered to walk upto me and apologize for the wait. When I entered his office and said hi by his name he didn't even acknowledge, it felt as if he was affronted I called him by his name. When I gave him the check next day, he didn't even offer to give me a receipt for full payment. When I drove away with the car I realized they hadn't even given me a full tank of gas, the tire pressure was several psi lower on both front and back. More
