Lexus of Valencia

I came to Lexus because the battery on my 2018 Lexus RX350 totally died on day before which required the replacement of the old battery. However, that replacement threw some "touch" things out of adjust RX350 totally died on day before which required the replacement of the old battery. However, that replacement threw some "touch" things out of adjustment such as the rear hatch was not responding automatically to my touch. Also, there were other recommendations from my last visit to Lexus that needed to be taken care of such as brake fluid service and electronic fuel injection service. I was fortunate to have a service manager like Bryan to take care of the situation so my adjustments are now copacetic and the car runs very nicely with the fuel injectors cleaned, etc. Kudos to a great service manager like Bryan More

1. I’ve been servicing my car here since it was new. I do all my service here. 2. Recently I needed a repair. Talked to Scott Melville in service, he told me he ordered the part and that he would send a all my service here. 2. Recently I needed a repair. Scott doesn’t pick up the phone. I’ve left voicemails, no one ever responds to them. Insurance received no paperwork. The girls who transfer me to Scott tell me they’ll follow up and get back to me, they never do. 4. One of these girls spoke to someone in parts and the part was never actually ordered. Scott told me there was a national shortage of this part and he managed to get the last one for me (sounds scummy?), only to find out he never actually ordered anything. 5. I’m never coming back here and I would stay far far away. It’s clear their processes don’t work, they have unresponsive unhelpful employees, and when you try to talk to a manager they place you on hold for 20 minutes and then hang up the phone. Take my experience as a warning and don’t start a relationship with a business like this only to be treated so disrespectfully when you finally need them to step up. More
