Yesterday late afternoon, my husba Good Morning, I have no other word but EXCEPTIONAL to describe ALAA ALAMEH at the Lexus of Winter Park dealer. Yesterday late afternoon, my husband and I just decided to go look at Lexus, the intention was if I get a good deal, I will buy but don't have to. Upon arrival, we were just walking around hoping to have a saleman approach us, as I saw a few that were approaching other customers but passed right by us. Maybe because we were just driving a Sienna and in plain comfortable clothes, nothing showed expensive on our body. As we approach the front desk, I saw about 3 salemen sitting at the TV area watching a game, but they did not car to ask, did we need something. Alaa happened to just got out of an office and approach to greet us right away. From the first impression to the way he was showing us the dealer. It is so impressive to learned later that he has only been there for 3 months. He was so knowledgeable. I have done some homework about a variety of Lexus models and other luxury brands, so Alaa was right on and much more. I wish I had more time to tell you much more of the awesome experience I had with Alaa. I will be happy to discuss more if the manager at the dealer call. Bottom line, Alaa went above and beyond, and he did not judge the book by its cover. Within 30 minutes, we have decided to purchase a Lexus. All of the 5 stars below are for Alaa. I’ve never had a sales person look at me when I asked a question and say “Why does that matter?” Until today...I asked Omar, “how long has this used car been on the lot?” And THAT was his response..
