I have had very good experiences with the service but this time it took long time for just a simple alignment. He made sure we are comfortable and happy with our decision. This guy went above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one (in a good way). To the point where he went around the parking lot just to find us a pair of valve caps that are missing on the car that we just purchased (this is way past business hours). He truly went out of his way to satisfy every request, needs and expectations we had. The financing process with Sogol is the icing on top. She gave us all the options without any pressure and worked with us on some add ons we decided to get. Overall the best dealership experience by far. More
