Service advisor ERICA VERELINE is unfit to work in customer service, or frankly, any position that requires basic honesty and professionalism. Throughout my warranty repair experience, she demonstrate customer service, or frankly, any position that requires basic honesty and professionalism. Throughout my warranty repair experience, she demonstrated a complete disregard for integrity and customer respect. The lies were constant. She repeatedly misrepresented the status of my warranty work, providing false information on multiple occasions. When it came time to settle the bill, she attempted to overcharge me by $133 beyond my warranty deductible. When I called to question this unauthorized charge, her response was to hang up on me mid-conversation. Not a dropped call, but a deliberate hang-up. The most disturbing part? When I confronted her in person with her manager present, she openly admitted to hanging up on me and showed zero remorse. She stood by her unprofessional behavior as if rudeness and dishonesty were company policy. Her manager's failure to address this conduct on the spot speaks volumes about the service culture at this dealership. Avoid Erica Vereline and Liberty Chevrolet at all costs. If this is the standard of service your dealership accepts, customers deserve to know before they waste their time and money here. Do NOT take your vehicle to this location! I brought my 2021 Tahoe in for a mirror/camera replacement. Upon pickup I noticed they had scratched up the mirror assembly. Cody (service manager) l I brought my 2021 Tahoe in for a mirror/camera replacement. Upon pickup I noticed they had scratched up the mirror assembly. Cody (service manager) looked at the damage with me and stated the technician must have put it on a hard surface during the process and they would take care of the damages. Then when the new mirror came in I was advised I would have to take my vehicle to another location as they don’t have a body shop on site, I asked them to shuttle the vehicle to the location for me as I have work and they refused. I had to take time out of my day to drive 45 minutes away from my home to deal with this then while at the body shop what should have taken 30 minutes took 4 hours and all I was told was sorry this was not priority as it was not a paying job!!! (Again I did not get irate with anyone) Then today my check engine light came on and a few other things so I took it back to the dealership only to be turned away. When I spoke with the GM and asked why all he could say was we don’t see eye to eye on your vehicle. So in a nutshell shell they refused me service because I’m not the normal person who picks up their vehicle and says have a good day…I actually inspect the repair area to make sure it’s good before leaving the property. Seems they don’t want to be responsible for issue they cause when they have your vehicle in their possession! I would advise you to take photos/videos of your vehicle upon drop off and to check your vehicle when you pick it up!! Very shady dealership!!! More

We came here after Mike Bell service department didn’t replace our steering wheel in TWO appointments yet they put it on our service order that they did it. Bull. Liberty was amazing.
