They used to be great, but twice now in the last year they failed to properly repair my car. Instead of diagnosing a repair with expertise, they charge for costly parts as they diagnose by trial and erro they failed to properly repair my car. This last time, after paying thousands for what seemed to be minor repairs going in, they returned my car to me INOPERABLE. They still wish to charge for the parts that failed to fix my car, while they add new ones to the list. Not happening. If this isn't fraud, it sure isn't customer care either. More
