I took my car up for a repair on Monday, June 16, 025 because there was a light on my dash indicating trouble. I had an appointment and dropped it off at 10 am. They did not even look at it until 5 pm because there was a light on my dash indicating trouble. I had an appointment and dropped it off at 10 am. They did not even look at it until 5 pm and told me I had to leave it overnight. I got it back the next and drove it less than 100 miles when the same light came back on. My bill for this repair was close to $750. That included a $200 diagnostic fee that did not go toward the repair of the vehicle. This is the first time I have gone to this dealership as I have purchased my last two cars and a truck from the Parma Heights Liberty Ford Dealership. I don't think that I really want to return to this place. I don't trust them at this point. And I feel that their prices are exorbitant. I asked about the cost of an oil change and was quoted $102. That is at least 30% higher than most other places. So I can imagine how much more it is costing me to use the dealership for any repairs. I believe what would be fair is for them to refund to me the cost of the diagnostic and I should go elsewhere for my repair. Either they did not know how to read the diagnostic and replaced the wrong part or were just sloppy. Either way, I can hardly be satisfied with their work. More

Liberty was able to go out and purchase the car that we wanted and then transported back to Ohio for delivery, at the agreed upon price and in a timely fashion.
