Wasn’t happy about the hidden cost on a down payment, that nobody could explain, it was over $200 extra. Didn’t get the extra warranty spiel till I had closed my loan. First time here and they are now my go to for my 2025 Maverick. They are very professional and go the extra mile. They could not figure out how to get the computer to stop sending false readings with the Maverick. They are very professional and go the extra mile. They could not figure out how to get the computer to stop sending false readings with the bliss due to a tailgate light bar that I had installed, but they continued to research the problem and gave me the option of rescheduling or waiting. Eventually they gave up for now and started they would wait until Ford came up with a solution. During my wait I talked to customers who stated they thought this dealership was the best, as I now agree. More
