Quick, easy and enjoyable experience! My wife and I were looking for a specific used vehicle and Liberty Ford had exactly what we were looking for. We live about 3.5 hours from the dealers My wife and I were looking for a specific used vehicle and Liberty Ford had exactly what we were looking for. We live about 3.5 hours from the dealership so I submitted my email through cars.com. Within minutes I received an email and phone call from Chuck. When O called back I spoke with Julia who along with Chuck were a huge help. We had a trade in and were able to send a few pictures and received a great offer. Spoke to them at 5:00 on a Monday, made and deal and they were able to meet us half way and swap the vehicles sign the paperwork and we were on our way. A very easy and wonderful buying experience! I got the ride I wanted Phil Klatka did all he could to make sure I got the Explorer I wanted. The whole process went very smoothly.
