My mother is in her 70's and was in need of a new vehicle; she hadn't bought a new one in almost 13 years. This being the first major purchase since my father passed away, she was pretty nervous abo vehicle; she hadn't bought a new one in almost 13 years. This being the first major purchase since my father passed away, she was pretty nervous about going thru the whole car buying process without him and asked me to go along. As an observer, I can tell you that the whole experience was outstanding! Everyone was very patient with my mother as it really took time to explain everything to her...sometimes more than once. It was really nice to see her treated in such a respectful and caring manor. The salesperson, Don, even came in on his day off to deliver the car to her and explain how everything worked. This was a great car buying experience and I highly recommend shopping at Downtown Ford if you want to be treated with respect and get a great deal. More
