My Review of Libertyville Chevrolet:
Bruce was very attentive throughout the whole process. There was a discrepancy between the online price and the listed price, and he took it to the people he needed to take it and I was then offered the online price. The car was clean and at time of delivery Bruce then went over everything I had questions about. I have bought a new truck from Libertyville Chevy in the past and by my returning to buy there again is testimony to the service I received. I am a businessman my self and was pleased with the experience. I would buy there again

My Review of Libertyville Chevrolet:
My wife and I had been putting off buying a new car because we did not want to deal with high pressure sales men at a dealership. But much to our suprise, when we visited Libertyville Chevrolet. We first talked to Mr. John Pondell, who was super nice and did an excellant job showing us the differenced in the vehicles we were interested in. It didn't take us long to decide what we wanted. John captured our interest on a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox that had all of the features we were looking for and at a great price. After filling out some paper work, we left very excited to contact our credit union for the necessary financing. (We choose our credit union because we had been members over 40 years and that's just where we like to get financing.) However, owing to Mr. Pondell was going on vacation, he arranged to have Mr Speros Daglas meet us and finish the transaction on Saturday when we returned with our check. Mr. Daglas was remarkable too! He introduced us to many of the other managers at the dealership and even escorted us out to a cook out in the parking lot for lunch. After lunch, we met with Mr. Daniel Martino, who helped us finish up the paper work, and presented us with new license plates for the vehicle. Everything was mooving along so smoothly, we were very suprised. Once finished with that, Mr. Daglas met us again, had the plates installed, took us to the parts department and introduced us to Art Ruiz and outlined what to do if we need to order parts or accessories. After that, Mr. Daglas took a great deal of time to orient us with our new Equinox, explaining all of the features, controls, OnStar, radio settings, and everything we needed to know to get on the road. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. My wife and I would like to thank everyone at Libertyville Chevrolet for being so kind and courteous to us and for making our purchase so easy and memorable.

My Review of Libertyville Chevrolet:
Alyssa in the internet dept was very nice and tried to be helpful. However, when it came time to talk numbers Bruce got on the phone. Now, for a little background, I am an out of state buyer (450 miles), and had a friend that lives closer than the 450 miles that I do, take a look at the car. He took time out of his day to dome a favor, and he found some minor issues with the car. However, when I brought them up to Bruce, he told me not to worry about things like cracked fog lamps, that on a car with miles (less than 30K) that was normal. My current car with 93K has perfect fog lamps, BTW. He said the cracks were insignificant. He was like this for every issue I brought up about the car. Again, none of them super big deals, but he essentially called me stupid for bringing them up. He was a very stereotypical Used Car Salesman. He was very condescending, rude, and cocky. Then Alyssa called me back to try to still work out a deal, even after Bruce told me not to bother working the numbers. Apparently, Alyssa is a better sales person than Bruce. Anyway, then they tell me that the price on the car was actually going up, but they would knock $300 off for me if I still wanted it. I made an offer and they said they would get right back to me. They never called back. Needless to say, I will not be buying a car from them. I would avoid this dealership at all costs, unless you want to be degrades, humiliated, treated like dirt, and like to play lots of typical used car games.

Today I brought my 2008 saturn Vue in for service. I was greeted by Stuart Silver whom I knew when he was with the Saturn Dealer here in Libertyville. Stuart is a true Professional and I could not be happier with his dedicated service work. More than likely we will be looking for a new vehicle later on this year and my only stop to buy a new car or SUV will be Libertyville Chevrolet .

My Review of Libertyville Chevrolet:
I have been going to Libertyville Chevrolet since before Jim Spellman took over the dealership. Jim Spellman always greets me personally when I visit Libertyville Chevrolet. I purchase 2-3 cars a year, every year, from Libertyville Chevrolet. I purchase everything from Impala, Camaro, Tahoe, Silverado, Corvettes, etc. New and used. Cars are an important part of my life for business and pleasure. And the consistency in Libertyville Chevrolet's professionalism and their ability and willingness to cater to my automobile buying needs is top rate!

I just purchased a brand new Corvette convertible yesterday (2-22-12) and as usual, it was a great and fun experience. I walked in at 9:00 in the morning and told my salesman (Keith Gunning) the type of Corvette I wanted to buy. They did not have the exact Corvette I wanted in stock but Keith told me not to worry because he would locate one for me and get it to Libertyville Chevrolet so I could purchase the vehicle. And he was true to his word! He located the exact Corvette I was looking for at another Chevrolet dealership and he went there personally to pick it up and bring it back to Libertyville Chevrolet. We did the paperwork and by 5:00 in the evening that very same day, I drove out of Libertyville Chevrolet in the exact brand new Corvette that I wanted. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!!!!!!

My wife & I recently purchased a new car for the first time from Libertyville Chevrolet. Our experience was very good from start to finish. We felt the staff (both Bruce and Jose, the finance mgr.) made every effort to accommodate our needs. We were very satisfied with our choice of vehicle and price.I am looking forward to a long relationship with them and would not hesitate to tell friends and family about Libertyville Chevrolet. My Review of Libertyville Chevrolet:
I just purchased an amazing used vehicle from this dealer. I've been searching the internet for quite awhile and one of the vehicles I had on my radar screen was a Chevy Tahoe. The vehicle is in excellent overall condition, the dealership treated me with respect, and specifically the salesman Frank was very nice. Other places I'd visited were a much worse experience. After 15 minutes I really wanted to get a deal done with Frank in comparison to other salesmen I've met lately. So we got it done, they delivered on everything I've asked for with this purchase. I will be recommending this dealership to any friends who are in the market for a new or used vehicle. Very pleased with my experience at this dealership. A++++

We walked in to Libertyville Chevy looking for a bigger car with more features because we have a baby on the way. We were instantly greeted by Elana, who was very friendly and asked exactly what brought us in today. After giving a detailed description of what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in, she found us a few great cars to test drive! We ended up finding a car we liked with more features then we expected, but still at a great price! So we bought! The staff was all so friendly and we are 100% satisfied with our purchase!
