My Review of Liccardi Chrysler%2C Lincoln Mercury:
A simple problem turned into a nightmare. We bought a brand new car and within days there was a simple mechanical problem. Fine, cars aren't perfect. (It did however take three trips to get it fixed (we hope)). However, the customer service was horrible with employees passing blame among each other, arguing with us, blaming other customers for the dirty courtesy cars, and finally the GM trying to fix things by telling us that they sell 10,000's of cars and everyone can't be happy. We are not unreasonable people. We just wanted one person in the beginning to say "I'm sorry there is a problem, we will take care of it." Not "Bob's not here, this isn't my department, it's not my fault, . . . " Has customer service left the state of NJ? I think it has at Liccardi. Me, my family, and my friends won't go there again.
