Lilliston Dodge Ram Jeep dropped the ball when it came to selling me my 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia. I purchased the vehicle in July 2025, and that’s where the nightmare began. I was repeatedly promised that ever selling me my 2022 Alfa Romeo Giulia. I purchased the vehicle in July 2025, and that’s where the nightmare began. I was repeatedly promised that everything would be handled properly—but that never happened. First issue: the front bumper repair. It was fixed incorrectly using an excessive amount of epoxy, and not even the correct type. Within three days, the repair failed and washed away, leaving the bumper looking worse than before. This is especially frustrating considering they literally have a body shop that could have fixed it correctly in just a few hours. Now for the biggest issue: corrosion on a body panel. This was not noticeable at the time of purchase because the sale was completed around 7 PM at night. Once I discovered it, I immediately brought it to their attention. Instead of taking responsibility for selling a vehicle with corrosion, Lilliston passed the issue off to Alfa Romeo. What followed was months of delay. The Alfa Romeo dealership took until now to finally get the warranty approved and the repair moving—and that only happened because I had to do all the legwork myself, including getting Alfa Romeo USA involved. Lilliston offered no meaningful help or accountability throughout this process. At this point, Lilliston needs to make this right. This situation alone has already cost them four potential vehicle sales, and for good reason. The front bumper still looks terrible due to their failed repair, and instead of stepping up, they keep pushing the issue off on others. Stop getting “Jimmy” involved and put someone on this who actually wants to make it right. This entire experience has been unacceptable, and I would not recommend buying a vehicle here unless you’re prepared to fight for basic accountability. More

He was a great please to work with. When we were close to a deal the manager Jay called me and got me to a price that was in my budget. It was very low pressure and I was happy that I was able to get the deal done over the phone. It only took a little over an hour to do all the paperwork. And the payment ended up being about $10 per month lower. When we were done Demetrius had a bouquet of flower for my wife (nice touch). He walked us through the delivery process and answered all of our questions. I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered with their professionalism and kindness. Definitely would recommend this wonderful family run dealership. More

Jesús Rosario is just not friendly. He said it would take 60 minutes that have a tire changed but instead it took 3 1/2 hours . Nobody care. I sorry to say this dealership needs some sore of coaching from Dodge Corporate offices. They also have a sign where it says “ we only use synthetic oil “ ever since when Dodge decided to only use synthetic oil for all of their vehicles. I think the manager decided to do that just so they can charge more money. Just stay away from this please. Go somewhere else. They will make you feel like you are a problem if you complaint about what they are doing wrong More
