Very high prices on service performed.and to be performed. I called the dealership to schedule a simple oil change. I was told to bring my 2004 Lincoln aviator in at 730 am they open at 8 am. It sat there for over an hour not being worked on. At 1030 am I asked what was going on and was told that my car needed further repairs. It needed one tie rod and a hub bearing. Total cost $ 800. No breakdown as to how they came up with $800 At this point I had lost my patience. I told them I would take care of the problem myself. I payed for the oil change and rotation of tires which was overpriced and left. The next morning I had the two parts replaced for a total cost of $ 245 It pays to shop around. More
Damage vehicle then try to screw you out of fixing it. Avoid this dealer. They damaged my vehicle then tried to tell me the damage was normal wear & tear. When I presented them with info & small claims court, they agreed to replace the damaged part.. I even went directly to the owner and he didn't care either. More

I was not aware that you could service a ford product at a Lincoln dealership until i stopped in and spoke with Ed Croce Service Manager. Him and his stall are friendly and very professional and now service a Lincoln dealership until i stopped in and spoke with Ed Croce Service Manager. I've been going to them for service for 18 years. The are the reason I buy only used Lincolns. Only had one or two bring backs and it was taken care of right away.
