False price advertising. I went to Lincoln of Coconut Creek to see a 2020 Jeep Wrangler advertised on their website for $23,995. I had reviewed the listing in advance and I went to Lincoln of Coconut Creek to see a 2020 Jeep Wrangler advertised on their website for $23,995. I had reviewed the listing in advance and brought a $1,000 coupon, which they said was applied. Once pricing was presented, the experience went downhill. I was given a written quote of around $30,000 out the door, which was thousands higher than the advertised price, even after the coupon. The increase came from large dealer-added charges (including a reconditioning fee and other add-ons) that were not included in the advertised price and were treated as mandatory. I also learned that the price would be $1,000 lower only if I financed through the dealership, and $1,000 higher if I paid cash. When I calmly pointed out these discrepancies and asked for clarification, the manager became defensive and hostile and claimed that I was being insulting or confrontational, which was not the case. I was simply asking about the price differences. He then refused to let me take a photo or copy of the written quote as if it would be a highly sensitive piece of evidence, pointing to the quote it said it was “for internal use only.” Overall, the advertised price did not reflect the real price you are expected to pay, discounts were effectively offset by added fees, and raising reasonable questions about pricing was met with hostility and gaslighting. I would strongly recommend getting full out-the-door pricing in writing before visiting and not relying on the advertised price alone. More

Her last model is having concerns in which it revs up very high and does not want to stop. I met with Will and it was NOT a good experience at all. I was very concerned since it has happened on multiple occasions. The last experience was when I drove her car to pick her up from the airport. A person was stopped in the middle of the road without any hazard lights on at all. I of course broke hard and the car did not want to stop. I almost hit them. I did explain this to Will over the phone because the mechanics were NOT finding any issues with it. Now just online shows different problems that could have occurred. Faulty Brake Light Switch/Brake Pedal Position (BPP) Sensor Vacuum Leaks (Brake Booster/Hoses): Sticking Throttle Body or Pedal: Idle Air Control (IAC) Valve Transmission Issues TPS sticking According to Will NOTHING was wrong. One of my siblings told Will to replace the TPS. Of course, I will have an attitude since they have had the vehicle since Monday 12/8/2025, and I saw him 12/11/2025 again he stated Nothing was wrong. I do not speak with my siblings. On the way out he was mocking myself and my disabled mother as I saw it when I got to my car. 12/12/2025 I spoke with the Service Manager Santos and asked if I should bring in my attorney to address the concerns. He stated that he was no longer able to speak and hung up. It seems that everyone who is at this location has the same horrible responses. A scenario like this can cause a major accident or death and they do not address any of the concerns. People need to know about this location. It seems that with all these negative reviews gives a very bad impression of Lincoln Mercury. I personally would never purchase anything from this location. More

I purchased a Lincoln corsair from Lincoln of Coconut Creek and it was actually ordered wrong the first time. I then had to wait three months to re-order the car again and get it with the correct options Creek and it was actually ordered wrong the first time. The car has been in service almost a dozen times and I have less than 13,900 miles on the vehicle. This has been the worst experience of my life! The car has been in the shop so many times I actually had to get ask the service dept. to give me the total number! And I have less than 13,900 miles on the car. I have complained about the electrical system to Lincoln Service department shortly after I got the car, which would’ve been the first time it had been in the service department out of the dozen times. You cannot use the system to call a number or to get directions,on the navigation. The last time the car was in service. I was promised that they would do whatever they could to help me out and the service director, Daniel White, asked me what I wanted him to do? I told him it needed a new navigation/Bluetooth system put in. The dealership simply updated the software and did nothing else. Was promised for all the trouble I had that they would give me a new tire for one that they had written up that needed to be replaced. That never happened! While the car was there, I was told I should speak to the sales manager, John Vitali, and he would be in charge of the entire issue as I told them the Car needed to be Lemoned out and I needed a new car. I can’t possibly be arranging a loaner car that seems to take forever on every occasion and keep bringing the car in every other month! John agreed with me and told me he would gladly help me and make sure I was happy. He also told me I could KEEP the loaner car till the issue was fully resolved. Neither of these things happened. I waited and waited and waited for months for John to give me a proposal on getting a newer car that was one of their loaners that I said would be acceptable to me. He literally NEVER came back with any numbers that he put together or any proposal to Lemon out my car and replace it with one that actually works. The GRAND FINALE was that the service director, Dan White, sent one of his employees to pick up my loaner car with all my personal belongings, including three government issued IDs and credit cards., WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME that they were coming to get the car. All of a sudden I go out to my car in the morning, and the loaner car is gone, and my car is parked in the wrong spot. They never even bothered to leave a key for the car. They never even attempted to call or knock on the door so that I could come and get my personal items, even though I was home and I had no idea they were coming.!! I’ve never in my life seen this kind of crazy horrible thing happen with me and my car.!! They actually BROKE THE LAW and I had to send them three separate laws that were broken by taking the car and government issued IDs and credit cards that did not belong to them. I was then told by the service director and the dealer that I had to take an Uber to come and get my car!! After calling them many many times, I finally got them to agree to bring me back the loaner car so I could get all my personal items, at THEIR CONVENIENCE. Not only did the dealership never assist me in any way with the Lemon law and never gave me any proposal of any kind on getting a new car, which is what was agreed to, but they actually took my loaner car with all my personal things.!!! This was truly a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that has never been corrected. The OWNER of the dealership, Michael Lucia, NEVER ANSWERED any of my very courteous emails that were written to him and sent over six times.! This was the worst experience of my life and I hope you never have to live through something like this. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SALES OR SERVICE!! More
