I was in for Oil Change and a software update due to a recall. My car was taken for service on time and Jose Fernandez was the person taking care of me. He was wonderful, professional and courteous. Eric was the incredibly rude when I came past Monday evening to find out if my new lease was ready as it was supposed to be delivered Friday. Both the broker and myself were not getting a straight answe evening to find out if my new lease was ready as it was supposed to be delivered Friday. Eric couldn’t have been ruder to me or the broker that I was using and basically at the top of his lungs was berating me for stopping by to find out why it wasn’t ready, he did this in front of approximately 6 of the other staff that were present. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. I currently drive a 2023 GLS 450 and was considering trading it in for a new Lincoln Navigator. I sent my wife in earlier in the day to see if she liked the vehicle before we proceeded. She did — but unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse. The salesperson, Michael Caropolo, pressured my wife into staying at the dealership until I arrived. While I was on the phone with her, I overheard him make an inappropriate and condescending remark: “She’s a big girl, she can make a choice on her own.” I chose to overlook it at the time because my wife really liked the car. When I arrived, the sales manager, Erik Sanchez, told me Michael had stepped out and would return shortly. After waiting about 30 minutes — and another 10 minutes of hearing Erik and Michael argue — we finally sat down to talk numbers. We agreed on a price, but since it was too late to get a check from the bank, we said we’d return the following day to complete the deal. As we were leaving, Erik insisted we leave a deposit. We declined — not because we were backing out, but because we had already committed to returning the next day. At that point, Erik told us “I knew you weren’t going to buy a car from us.” I was stunned. Not only was his tone extremely rude and unprofessional, but he also appeared to smell like alcohol. This is absolutely not the kind of service you expect from a premium brand like Lincoln. The way we were treated was unacceptable, and it completely ruined any interest I had in purchasing from Lincoln of Englewood. Needless to say, they will not be earning my business More
06/02/2025 Stay Away from Lincoln of Englewood "AKA" Prestige Lincoln Volvo Cars Englewood, NJ. They had two 2019 Lincoln Continental Black Label cars a black & a white one vin # 1LN6L9BC7K5602361 adve Prestige Lincoln Volvo Cars Englewood, NJ. They had two 2019 Lincoln Continental Black Label cars a black & a white one vin # 1LN6L9BC7K5602361 advertised on multiple sites that I was interested in, I saw the white one on CarFax which drew me to their own site and saw the black one listed there on their home site, both cars were listed for $32,990.00 each. I contacted the dealer and got a response from salesman Aldo Salceddo. Nice as pie and wanted to know when I would be in. He went on to say "Both cars are currently on the lot, when can you get here"?. I told him I was a 3hr ride away and wanted to confirm their promised "out the door price with no hidden fees" advertised on website before I drove there. Aldo said that was not a problem and would put together the price, he never got back to me with the requested information but did get back to me telling me the black one just sold and the white one was still available but his manager decided to raise the price to $39,990.00 Thank goodness I didn't drive down to these un-ethical dealers. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else! More

My initial experience was good buying a Genesis G90 at this dealership. But soon after they got my Cashier's check for the full amount of the car, they do not want to deal with me anymore. The temporary this dealership. But soon after they got my Cashier's check for the full amount of the car, they do not want to deal with me anymore. The temporary NJ license plate they me gave has expired and I have been asking the sales agent to give me another plate and they are making excuses. They also mentioned that there is some problem with the Title transfer. Now I can’t drive the car fearing that I would get a ticket. No one returns my calls in the office or gives an excuse. I am going to file a complaint with NJ Attorney General's Office and FTC. I don’t know what kind of shady business they do here. More

Less then 6 mos ago I purchased a 24 Nautilus from Eric. I needed a new tire and found Eric and Englewood lincoln to be of zero help, and zero effort made to correct the problem. Do yourself a favor and avoid these dealership...P.S and that's after the 1,450 tire and wheel protection scam! More
