Went here because the van was brought here ...never again. Do what you say 3 times we have scheduled appointments and when we show up we are told we are not on the books! Last one was the last straw - daughters F150 was in f 3 times we have scheduled appointments and when we show up we are told we are not on the books! Last one was the last straw - daughters F150 was in for tire rotation and oil change. Next day driver side rear tire flies off the truck as she is driving 45 mph down the road! There is a difference between retorquing the lug nuts and tightening them to begin with! Service department manager tried to make light of it until we asked him if he had kids and how would he feel if it was his daughter driving that vehicle when the wheel flew off. Needless to say the dealership paid for all repairs, tow and rental car for something that shouldn't have happened in the first place! More
