Mallie made my car-buying experience wonderful. I had previously visited anther dealership, and I was not completely sold on Lindsay. However, without being overbearing, Mallie explained what Lindsay had to offer, and convinced me Lindsay was the dealer for my car-buying needs. Mallie was extremely professional and very patient when providing me the opportunity to view several vehicles prior to making a definitive choice. Thank you very much!

My Review of Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria:
I purchased a Lexus CT200h from Lindsay Lexus on 4/28/2012. I typically dread buying a new car, but both my sales associate Frank Love and financial associate Barbara Parker couldn't have been more helpful. I had many questions since I hadn't purchased a car in over 11 years. Frank was very responsive to my questions, yet he gave me the time I needed to make the right choice for me. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the service at Lindsay is outstanding. I would highly recommend checking out Lindsay Lexus when you are in the market for a car.

My Review of Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria:
We shopped other dealers but found Lindsay Lexus to be the best overall. The dealership is beautiful which matches the quality Lexus represents. The staff was very friendly and personable; yet very professional. It is apparent that the staff takes pride in their product. From start to finish; they were consistent with regard to giving us great customer service. The dealership was clean; including the restroom facilities-which often is an indication of not-so-good management. My husband and I are quite pleased with our Lindsay Lexus experience thus far.

We started working with Nazir in November, 2011 and other than checking in with us to let us know he is available to help when we are ready; he did not pressure us or call too much. He obviously has the experience of knowing and understanding consumers and bases his approach accordingly. Purchasing a Lexus was a big decision for us and it was helpful working with Nazir because he listened to what we wanted and he knows his product very well. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of purchasing a Lexus to see Nazir at Lindsay Lexus.

I sent a request on line for additional information about a Lexus. The next day I received a call from Jessica. We set up a time for me to go into the dealership.Jessica greated me with a smile on her face. During the test drive, she was so encouraging because I was nervous when driving the car. She provided outstanding customer service. She let me take all the time I needed to make my decision on the vechicle that eventually purchased. Kudos to Jessica for a job well done.

I was very impressed with how responsive and understanding Nazir Jasat was as your new car and internet sales representative. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns to my great satisfaction. He is a superb representative of Lindsay Lexus and Lexus in general.

I was also very impressed by the reception that was held recently for new car customers. The orientation was excellent, but what I really appreciated was the opportunity to meet 1 on 1 with specialists from the Lindsay Lexus service staff. Also, the service area was absolutely immaculate!

My Review of Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria:
I had done extensive online research for my car purchase and was at the point where I was ready to start test driving. I selected Lindsay because they had the two cars I was interested in both on their lot. The other Lexus dealer in town only had one model. I stayed with Lindsay for the purchase because EVERY dealing I had with them was positive. I started with the used car manager and develop a raport with him so when I decided to go with a new car I asked if he could sell it to me rather than handing me over to someone else. He obliged and made the experience low pressure, low stress and actually fun. We worked with two different finace guys, both were excellent and finally the young man who helped me "learn" about my new car at delivery was as cute as could be and met me right where I was on the technology of the car. He never made me feel like the old lady who doesn't know anything. I have nothing bad to say about Lindsay and its employees. I look forward to buying my next car there.
