I had done extensive online research for my car purchase and was at the point where I was ready to start test driving. I selected Lindsay because they had the two cars I was interested in both on their lot and was at the point where I was ready to start test driving. I stayed with Lindsay for the purchase because EVERY dealing I had with them was positive. I started with the used car manager and develop a raport with him so when I decided to go with a new car I asked if he could sell it to me rather than handing me over to someone else. He obliged and made the experience low pressure, low stress and actually fun. We worked with two different finace guys, both were excellent and finally the young man who helped me "learn" about my new car at delivery was as cute as could be and met me right where I was on the technology of the car. He never made me feel like the old lady who doesn't know anything. I have nothing bad to say about Lindsay and its employees. I look forward to buying my next car there. More

I recently purchased my first Lexus GX 460 Premium from Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. I was not happy the floor mats that came with the car. I requested the premium carpet floor Mats, at the time is was not Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. I was not happy the floor mats that came with the car. I do not know of any car dealer who does that. Specially from the service department. So if you want quality service from Lindsay Lexus then I recommend ED.
