From the moment I called and spoke to Abdul, I was already treated like a valued customer. He was beyond great at helping me via phone and internet. We did all of our negotiation over the internet and he was more than willing to work with us. Not only did I get the car I wanted, but I got a fantastic price as well. 12/30/11: I began internet shopping for a Lexus ES or RX early in November, 2011. The car was to be an Xmas surprise for my wife. Fortunately, Thai Tran was my internet sales associate...boy did I luck ou early in November, 2011. The car was to be an Xmas surprise for my wife. Fortunately, Thai Tran was my internet sales associate...boy did I luck out! Throughout the entire process, Thai was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable (sp) about both Lexus vehicles. As explained by a previous reviewer, he explained things to me about both cars that I was never aware of...very comprehensively, as well, and in layman's terms!!! Thai was very personable and a very good listener; he worked with me in a positive fashion throughout the entire 2-month "secret" car-buying experience. He had a genuine interest in my purchase and in me (customer satisfaction) without any of the "dealer pressures" associated with this profession. Thai also introduced me to his sales manager during my first visit to Lindsay Lexus in December; he and Thai were both extremely personable and honest with their figures. In closing, my purchase and experience with Thai and Lindsay Lexus was extremely smooth, seamless, and customer friendly. I would recommend Thai to anyone...along with this dealership. Bob was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about cars and internet programs which is important to me because I knew exactly what car I am buying.
