On October 30, 2011, I visited Linsay Lexus of Alexandria, not yet sure if I was actually in the market for a pre-owned Lexus but looking nonetheless. I was promply greeted by Mark Coleman. Although, I expressed to Mark that I was simply looking with no decision to yet trade-in my 2004 Lexus GS-300, he still took the time to walk the car lot with me and show me their selection car by car as I was interested. It was a very refreshing and welcoming experience. During this same visit there, I also had the pleasure of meeting Ace Rezai, Pre-owned Sales Manager, whom was also very accomodating. The next day I did return and purchase a 2008 ES-350 with only 12K on the odometer!!! I was treated very professionally and fairly, without all the pressure to purchase at Linday Lexus of Alexandria.
