My husband and I came to Lindsay Lexus shopping for our first new car together. We were all over the map with what we were looking for and what kind of car we were interested in, and originally weren't con first new car together. After our first visit to Lindsay, to test drive the CT, we were hooked although we previously were not considering hybrids (or luxury vehicles). Thai did a great job answering all of our (many) questions and highlighting features on the vehicle that we didn't necessarily ask about. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly, and made the experience pleasurable (whereas we felt more pressure at other dealerships). We also did plenty of research on pricing, and felt that Thai (and Lindsay) helped offer us a fair price that we were happy with. Thanks so much for a great car-buying experience! More

This process was seamless. I got a great deal for my trade and Thai was awesome in assisting me to get the interior I wanted for the vehicle. Bought a new 2011 Lexus RX350 through the USAA car buying service. This was the third new car I bought utilizing this service and I must say this was BY FAR the best experience. When I bought my previous two cars, the salesman was only interested in getting me out of the dealership, probably because he wasn't going to make any more money by negotiating the price. Nazir Jasat was my salesman at Lindsay Lexus and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING, down to how to use the owner's manual. He also had no problem with staying an hour past closing to demonstrate all the options on my new car. For any USAA member considering a Lexus, I highly recommend Lindsay Lexus. Although USAA has prenegotiated pricing, the price I paid for my new car was about $1,000 less than the USAA pricing. Great dealer, friendly people, and great pricing! More

Bought a new car from this company to replace our existing hybrid so that we could continue to use the HOV lanes in Virginia. Gave them all the information regarding who our existing plates were regi existing hybrid so that we could continue to use the HOV lanes in Virginia. Gave them all the information regarding who our existing plates were registered to (husband) and who was registering the car now (wife). Was told that they would simply register the car in wife's name since new plates would allow us to continue to use HOV lanes. We received new tags only to find out that you can NOT use the new tags on the HOV lanes. Asked immediately to register the existing plates and had to call repeatedly with rarely an answer. Was told to contact DMV and the bank. Both said that husband would need to be added to title and even though this was communicated to the dealer it was almost impossible to get a response. Finally we were told by the dealer we waited to long to deal with the situation (even though we contacted them numerous times and left messages that were never returned)and that there was nothing they could do. So now they have are check and we have a car we can't use the way we wanted it for. If they had simply returned our calls and reistered the car correctly to start with we would not be having this problem. Incompetent registration staff who can't be bothered to return calls. And to top it off I have plates that I could use but are now completely useless. More
