He was so friendly, helpful & sincere. The dealership has provided nothing but excellent service from used & new sales to service to collision repair. All the staff provides excellent customer service & great communication. I appreciate them all so much. I’m so excited about my new 2022 Ultra Luxury ES 350! It was hard to find with the limited production that COVID has put on manufacturing. I feel lucky to have the car & for having Frank to get me through the process. More
