First let me start by saying, I was hesitant about going to buy a car without being referred to a Salesman by someone I know and trust. However, I didn’t know anyone that bought a Lexus. But God, I walked into the Alexandria dealership and went to the front desk. Dwayne Butter was sitting in close distance and the receptionist waived him over. He was moving a slow (he’ll share his story), but man, he made my experience the best car buying experience I’d ever had, and I’m 54. He not only was he real he was transparent. It’s been about 4 days and I’m still feeling excited about my purchase. You know how it can feel days later after things settle down. I give Dwayne 11 out of 10 for customer service, product knowledge, customer care!!!!!!! More
