Needs consistency from its service consultants. I dropped off my car for an oil change and safety inspection at 11:30am and never heard back from anyone until, I called the dealer to inquire about the status off my car for an oil change and safety inspection at 11:30am and never heard back from anyone until, I called the dealer to inquire about the status of my vehicle at 5:30pm. At this time I was told “my car was ready for pick up and to make sure to get there before 7pm”. It should not have taken 6hrs for an oil Change and inspection. In addition, the lack of communication from the service department was below part for Lexus standards. More

Understand the dynamic of a dealership, obviously they aim to make a profit, but I didn’t feel like that was the only motive at play.
