I purchased a 2024 Denali from Linus in early October of this year. The sales guy was fairly easy to deal with, not high pressure sales so I had a false sense of what was to come. The sales department was not the issue in my case. The issue came when they do the push to purchase the extras in the finance office. The finance guy was quick to explain how he and the GM were very good friends and he had come from a big dealership in Tampa. I should have known when he said that it was about to get shady. I don't typically buy extended warranty or service plans. He described what I now know as the GMC service plan. said it covered all maintenance for the next 5 years and was unique because there could be no upsells with this plan. I decided if that was true I would give it a try. What I found out when I checked with my local dealer is they slipped me a easy care plan that only pays $50 towards a service not the GMC plan verbally described in detail. Basic bait and switch. In Florida the law says they have to refund you if requested for 60 days. I requested a refund in writing 19 days later. They said in that email they would refund by check. The check never came. Obviously they don't really care what the statue says, they are not going to willingly refund the service plan. I reached out out the G.M. he Never even reached out to me and gave me the common curtesy of a call (he knows what is going on in the finance office, remember they are buddy's ) I disputed the charge on the CC ( I put down 5K with CC) they are still fighting it. Easy Care says the dealer ship has to cancel it, I can not...... Pretty sad they won't follow the Florida law. I have reported this to the State, weather it has teeth we will see I guess. If this saves someone else from bait and switch then it was worth it for me to write it. Remember buyer beware and just know this dealership will not do right by you when it comes down to it. More

Had the pleasure of working with Walt on a new SUV purchase for my wife. Walt had unit cleaned up, ready for test drive and met the deal exactly as we requested. No hidden fees and surprises. We worked with the Used Car Manager, General Manager, and Finance Officer and had wonderful experiences with each one. We wish they were local to help service the new truck and would not hesitate to recommend your visit also. More
Incompetent I have an ATS cadilac. I had my car inspected because there was a noise in front a wheel. Findings according to them = the rear brakes finished nee I have an ATS cadilac. I had my car inspected because there was a noise in front a wheel. Findings according to them = the rear brakes finished need to change, front galliper damage need to change on the left, the cabinet filter and the windshield wipers finished. $ 140 for an 1h30 inspection and around 1000$ of reparation. The problem is brakes and wipers were brand new. The cabinet filter wasn’t accessible because the glove compartment was locked. When I complained about that bad and wrong diagnostic the person said sorry it’s was a bad diagnostic..... I went to another place, took 10 min, they found the problem of the noise and 20$. The retainer spring was in wrong side. I used to go at a cadilac dealer for my car, I will never go at that dealer. I am disappointed and I no longer trust the retailer. More

Rude and slow They always act as if they are doing you a favor, as if you should feel lucky to be sitting 1 hr 45 min for an oil change, that's after you stand and They always act as if they are doing you a favor, as if you should feel lucky to be sitting 1 hr 45 min for an oil change, that's after you stand and wait for 20 until they decide to acknowledge you. After 7 yrs with this nightmare of a dealership we purchased elsewhere and now we have excellent service. It's a shame considering we've owned Cadillacs for 20 years. Get the service you deserve buy elsewhere. More

Had an appointment just to replace a lost FOD ( car keys) after signing in and doing some paperwork and getting assured it would take about an hour. We sat down and waited and waited after one and half hours now with no service people available, everybody appeared to go to lunch. I looked outside and saw my car seating their thinking it was done, went in to check and was told they didn't start yet, lady said oh you are waiting I said what do you think we were sitting right here for 1.5 hours. Very unprofessional please don't waste your time at this dealer, if you don't believe me check the other reviews I'm sorry I though they could do a simple fod car key update. More
