Nate got us in this past week to take care of the alternator on my Dodge Caliber. Stopped by when I was hearing a noise in the engine area to have it checked out and Nate scheduled an appointment for me right away to have it diagnosed. Called us with what they found and was fixed the same day. Always fast and friendly service when we just take our vehicles in for an oil change. We Highly recommend Lithia Chrysler Dodge of Anchorage!!😀😀 More

Lithia was able to price match the tires and key fob making it a convenient one stop shop without costing extra for the convenience. More

Should not be a Lithia Dealership Had a scheduled appointment at 8am. No loaner, not even an attempt to acquire a loaner of any kind. A "shuttle" that runs once every 90 minutes. 9am Had a scheduled appointment at 8am. No loaner, not even an attempt to acquire a loaner of any kind. A "shuttle" that runs once every 90 minutes. 9am rolls around and my car is still sitting outside and no shuttle in sight. I contact a friend to come pick me up but for the time being I thought I would look at some of the cars on the lot. The lot is a complete mess, especially for Lithia's standards or at least the Lithia dealers I've been to and heard about. The lot looks like people just drive cars in and leave them. Not one was "detailed", multiple vehicles had trash, energy drinks and such inside them, ON THE LOT FOR SALE. They had new mixed with used and you couldn't tell the difference because out of the 30 vehicles I looked at only 5 had stickers saying the price and options, the rest MAYBE had a "as is no warranty" sticker. It gets better, I spent probably 20 minutes walking around outside, in the front of the lot where everyone could see me and was never asked a single question or approached by anyone. I am not sure how well this dealership is doing, but if you asked me, I would say failing... FAILING HARD! I will never return to this dealer other than to pick up my car, instead I will make the trip to go out to the valley where I purchased my car (Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Wasilla) because every I go there I am ALWAYS impressed with their service, customer service, car selection, and their sales people. I have lifetime oil changes and I am treated extremely well every time I go in for an oil change. I almost always wait for my Jeep, and I am always out of there within 45 minutes to 90 minutes. To me that is ex every time I go in for an oil change. I almost always wait for my Jeep, and I am always out of there within 45 minutes to 90 minutes. To me that is exceptional service. I like it they point out to me what might need to be fixed. 95% of the time I choose to fix or change the item requiring attention. I also purchased a 1 million mile warranty, and many times the other 5% of the time the issue is covered under that warranty, The bottom line is I feel that I get treated with respect. I am a man.
