Oil Change - Above and Beyond I dropped my truck off for it's regularly scheduled oil change. The right rear turn-signal needed replaced since February but I financially wasn't ab I dropped my truck off for it's regularly scheduled oil change. The right rear turn-signal needed replaced since February but I financially wasn't able to do so. When I picked up my truck I noticed on the drive home the blinker was working. When I got home, there was a note on the bottom of the vehicle inspection sheet - Changed out right rear blinker on me. Have a great rest of your day. Shane. Recall on a 2015 Dodge Ram Big Horn Crew cab Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they c Was a little upset that I had to wait 10 days for an appointment, which I think is due to the fact that the dealership sells more vehicles than they can maintain, due to the fact that they Combined 2 dealerships and brands into one service department. They need a larger service area with more certified mechanics. This is the first positive experience I have had with the Lithia service department in years hope it continues. Tony got my truck in and out in a day with a very large job that needed to be done, which was appreciated as I was leaving town the following day. Tony also contacted mid way thru the day to inform me of the status of my truck ( even though he was slammed with other customers) as he said he would when I dropped off my truck. The other thing I would like to see fixed is when they brought my truck around to me the service technician did not have a plastic seat cover on my drivers seat, luckily there was no grease stains on my seat. But overall best experience I have had with Lithia service Department in years, thanks again Tony for the great service. More
