Your people in the house greeting room are delightfully gracious and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience in there. Just know that I don’t think the mechanics out in the shops listen to their request gracious and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience in there. I got my oil change, but the low tire pressure light was ignored and the request to replace the brace to hold the battery in place was ignored even though the brace was on the driver’s seat. I didn’t have the tools to do it myself. So my request was not followed through on by the mechanic. Not angry, just think they need to learn to listen to their requests folks inside. Perhaps a meeting of the two components of the service department would solve some problems before they become issues. Otherwise, I was delighted to get my service done more quickly than than I anticipated. More
