Wonderful experience with friendly staff. They advised 1 1/2 - 2 hours and I was out in under 2hours. Terrible customer service in their service department. After a bad experience last year (and a call from the service manager to make it right) I decided to give this service department another try. Big m After a bad experience last year (and a call from the service manager to make it right) I decided to give this service department another try. Big mistake. I scheduled a "Mobile Service" appointment for a recall issue with my Ford Escape. The appointment was for 9:00am at my home. They did not show at the appointment time. So after 3 hours and 3 phone calls, I was informed that I had "cancelled the appointment" which was completely false. The scheduling person I spoke with took no responsibility for the situation and instead was rude, condescending, and accusatory in her tone. I might have been willing to accept that there was a misunderstanding, but I am certainly not willing to be treated poorly. Take your business to Pugmire. It's a little further out, but they seem to value their customers. More
