Each time my wife and I have any issues with our vehicles, we only reach out to and trust Richard. Since 2020 he has been our only care giver for our vehicles that we trust. I have been using this dealership to service my two vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer vehicles since 2020 when we moved to GA. My last three visits were terrible and I am not returning. On one occasion, I dropped off my 2019 Explorer overnight. Nobody called me to acknowledged they got my vehicle. After multiple days of calling and not getting answers, I finally went in only for them to tell me I need a new battery. On another occasion, I took my 2018 F150 for service and let the service advisor know that it's taking a little long for the vehicle to start when I turn the key. It was never diagnosed. They just performed the service. Now the vehicle's check engine light came on and it's taking even a lot longer for it to start. I dropped it off night and again nobody called me to acknowledged it. Two days later, I have to go get my vehicle from them and I am not returning. More
My Service Advisor, Richard Smith, is simply the best! He is very knowledgeable,professional and explains in detail any maintenance issues related to my 2015 Explorer.
