Best dealership service I have experienced in an extremely long time. I was in a bind on April Fools Day 2023 in the economy parking lot at the Atlanta Airport. I called Lithia Springs Service Dep extremely long time. I was in a bind on April Fools Day 2023 in the economy parking lot at the Atlanta Airport. I called Lithia Springs Service Department and talked with Tim Black. Despite it being within 15 mins of closing, Tim talked me through a complicated issue and dispatched a mobile service van with 45 minutes of my initial call with him. Tim was exceedingly knowledgeable, experienced, positive and empathic. Kevin, the mobile technician, is a real keeper. He was professional, polite and experienced. Kevin had me out of the parking lot and back on the road within 2 hours of his arrival. Lithia Springs Ford's Service has my absolute highest recommendation. More
