I live out of town and had a tire emergency, the customer service representative was my initial contact . She was extremely helpful, understood exactly what I needed and made every accommodation. Great experience dealing with Michael Jepson in service. Went in for an a/c problem. Got that fixed plus a chronic loud idle noise that was traced to a crack in the catalytic converter--turned out that was Went in for an a/c problem.
