These guys were awesome. I took my truck In to get its first oil change and there was probably a 2 hr wait which I understood seeing as I did NOT have an appt. They were able to get my truck very quickly first oil change and there was probably a 2 hr wait which I understood seeing as I did NOT have an appt. The service department at Lithia Toyota is great. I always take my Toyota there for service and repairs even though I bought it used from another dealer. They listen to my concern, find the problem and always take my Toyota there for service and repairs even though I bought it used from another dealer. They listen to my concern, find the problem and fix it. If there is an issue, they call to let me know. I have never had to return for the same issue twice. As for this visit, my Highlander is back on the road after replacing the cracked radiator, and I can travel this summer without worry. More
