Less than Expected I purchased my Highlander in 2013 from this dealer, the engine air filter was changed once in May of 2016 and at this most recent service visit on 6/2 I purchased my Highlander in 2013 from this dealer, the engine air filter was changed once in May of 2016 and at this most recent service visit on 6/29/20. Since I have the pre-paid service agreement I would have expected that at least looking at the air filter during each service appointment would be customary, but apparently not. The filter I was shown yesterday was shot and should have been changed if not the last time I was in on June 19, of 2019, sometime before that. Two air filters in 7 years of ownership, I don't know of that kind of a durable air filter that would be good for the engine. Also, the invoice said that he front floors had been vacuumed, they were not. Vacuuming was always done before and appreciated, so is this some kind of cost reduction method now in place?
