I have been a loyal Ford customer since 1984 at Livermore Ford (Codiroli in 80-90s) They take the necessary steps to keep employees happy. It can be seen by the tenure of most of their staff. I was shocked because when I bought the car I was told the upgrades to the GPS system would be covered under extra warranty I was purchasing at the time of sale. I now find that’s not true.I will be telling my friends not to deal with Lincoln because they cannot be trusted. I will be in the market for a new car in the next two years and will not consider Lincoln.i feel I was mislead during the sales process. More
