Tried to purchase a F150 Purchased a vehicle on Saturday. Said it was coming from another lot - did all the paperwork. Was told they would contact me on Tuesday for pick up Purchased a vehicle on Saturday. Said it was coming from another lot - did all the paperwork. Was told they would contact me on Tuesday for pick up on Wednesday. No contact. Called multiple times on Wednesday. Was told the vehicle I purchased on Saturday was sold to someone else but they would have another vehicle by Friday. No contact. Tried to find out status on Friday - called multiple times. Was told I would receive a call back - 2 hours later, no call. Called again to find status - got the run around. Told they would "personally" get back to me with status in 30 min. Told them if I didn't hear from them in an hour - no deal. No one ever contacted me - no deal. What a terrible business!! More

Had some trouble I am not very happy with your dealership. There is a serious need for someone to answer the phones in the service department. It was extremely frustra I am not very happy with your dealership. There is a serious need for someone to answer the phones in the service department. No one answered the phone & when I got the main operator, she transferred me to the line I told her wasn't being answered - on 3 different occasions. I finally reached someone in new car sales who was kind enough to walk to the service department & find someone to speak with me. The service manager I dealt with was nice & the work I had done was just the recall. More

No follow up no consistency Do bill stated to have headrest replaced now has been three weeks and dealership promise to call us when they received and yet we are still awaitin Do bill stated to have headrest replaced now has been three weeks and dealership promise to call us when they received and yet we are still awaiting that response second we were promised in the world right by doing a CDL program with a different credit union finance manager stated with automatic transfer payments we’d have an extra quarter percentage taken off verified with the credit union myself they said not such a program exists also there was the passing along of the edging and from the action on the paperwork stated that it was voluntary and Not needed yet the finance manager stated they must pass this cost along to the purchaser of the vehicle and made two mistakes of presenting the vehicle without the edging and then secondly putting the edging and the number is not matching on the paperwork it self to where they had to again take another 30 minutes just to go back we do the paperwork and place the proper seven stickers along the frames of the doorways of the vehicle Again disappointment for no follow through and no call back More
