Through the years I have purchased both used Ford Program Town Cars and first new vehicle, a 1970 1/2 ton pickup; Currently I drive a 2010 Expedition LTD and my wife still loves our 2001 Expedition Eddie Bauer. Although I have owned well over fifty vehicles, most have been Ford products purchased from our local Ford dealership.' I highly recommend their maintenance services and used & new vehicle sales departments. More
Not what we paid for. The service was excellent even though we purchased the PremiumMaintenance Plan, we were charged for the repair. When we purchased the car and the plan, we were told "we would only pay for gas and tires until 03-03-22". The plan expires at that date or 100,000 miles. The finance guy repeated this statement many times to my husband, son and myself and that's why we purchased the plan. More
