I'm happy with the service overall, but extremely disappointed to learn the finance manager lied about the prepaid maintenance not expiring when explicitly asked the question. With COVID changing so disappointed to learn the finance manager lied about the prepaid maintenance not expiring when explicitly asked the question. With COVID changing so much, I drive less than ever and apparently wasted half of the amount I prepaid. I owe the current finance manager a visit.
