Took my Super Duty in for a 10,000 mi service. The service advisor was extremely helpful and made sure that all the recommended service items were complete. Although we like our new used car the buying experience and post sale experience was less than optimal. We had some concerns after the sale, like they “threw out” the key for the locking lug nuts and basic and post sale experience was less than optimal. And the registration was out of date but the sale paperwork was supposed to reflect that it was paid up.
