The worst service experience of my entire life! I drove my car a 2016 Kia Rio in for service. After the dianostic they could not get my car to run. I scheduled an appointment for an open recall and basic maintenance such as oil change, fluid checks, alignment, etc… The dealership maintenance department contacted me twice to remind me of my appointm maintenance such as oil change, fluid checks, alignment, etc… The dealership maintenance department contacted me twice to remind me of my appointment. Chris, the maintenance department representative, got me in quickly and easily. He contacted me twice prior to the work being done to carefully review every item with an estimated cost for my approval. Mark Brown did an excellent selling job. He let us test drive a 2025 Sportage and explained its features very well. We sold our 2017 Ford Fusion to Lokey Kia as part of our leasing process. When I bought my Titan I LOVED Lokey. When I went to Lokey Kia to look at SUVs they tried to take advantage of me. Overpriced vehicles and under bid my trade in. $4000.
