Got to be becareful, vehicle back at dealership due to fix provided did not work, but here it goes. I came to find out that your dealership is not adequately equip for proper diagnostic for my 2009 dodge fix provided did not work, but here it goes. I came to find out that your dealership is not adequately equip for proper diagnostic for my 2009 dodge ram. According to your service team. I wish I was told that from the beginning when explained the history of the vehicle, before I took it in. So I could have taken it somewhere else. I was assured that proper electronic diagnostics can be done to determine the issue. Honesty and good service is hard to find these days. Especially there was only a total 5 to 6 hours of labor given to my truck when it was dropped off before 11am on 10/2/25. More

I had a terrible experience at this dealership and feel completely misled and disrespected. I was told my vehicle would be taken in as a trade-in, but instead I ended up with two car notes. Despite their a completely misled and disrespected. I was told my vehicle would be taken in as a trade-in, but instead I ended up with two car notes. Despite their assurances, my trade-in was never processed properly and I later found out the dealership was actually using my old vehicle. I know this because I had placed an AirTag in the car and tracked its location. To make things worse, I left my mother’s handicap placard in the vehicle and they never returned it, despite multiple attempts to retrieve it. The manager, Willis, was extremely rude I went in with my attorney for a copy of my buyers purchase and he stated “ she’s no longer a customer of mine “ and walked away and he was unhelpful, and the salesperson, Leo Cantu, clearly lacked knowledge of the process and gave me inaccurate information from the start. The entire experience felt dishonest and unprofessional from beginning to end. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Make sure to double-check everything and get all promises in writing or better yet, take your business elsewhere. More
