I’ve personally purchased three vehicles from this dealership, and my family has likely bought around ten over the years. Unfortunately, every single experience we’ve had has been marked by poor custo dealership, and my family has likely bought around ten over the years. Unfortunately, every single experience we’ve had has been marked by poor customer service. Most recently, I called Monday morning to confirm that I could get my free oil change, since I had just purchased my vehicle and I was told I could. So, when I got to the service desk on Tuesday morning, I explained that when I first bought the car, the oil light came on less than a month later, and at that time they told me the oil change had already been done prior to the sale, when I know that was false and he just completely disregarded anything I was saying. From the start, his attitude was dismissive and hostile. He spoke to me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about, and his tone was condescending. After going back and forth with him for nearly 20 minutes, he finally directed me to the sales manager — who immediately resolved the issue without any hesitation or argument. I can’t help but feel that his behavior had something to do with the fact that I’m a young woman. It felt like he assumed he could talk down to me or take advantage of the situation, but I knew he was wrong. This entire ordeal made me late for work, all because someone chose to argue instead of simply helping a customer. After this experience, I will never return to this dealership again. My family has already expressed the same sentiment to the sales team. It’s frustrating to see such a consistent lack of professionalism and respect from a place we’ve supported for years.
