David is the best sale rep in the Auto industry I’ve ever met so far, he is part of the long Cadillac located in Southborough. He sold me something that wasnt even at the dealer; his knowledge about the bran met so far, he is part of the long Cadillac located in Southborough. He sold me something that wasnt even at the dealer; his knowledge about the brand and the new Vistiq coming in had me very much interested in waiting for this one to arrive and get it right away. And for the first time in a long time I didnt mind waiting for the car and juggling around without one. It was not only the sale experience that was above and beyond but the post purchase experience and the willingness to explain every single detail or providing options that adjusted to what I was looking for.
